The Law company was established by Dr. Hamza Ali Almadani in 1421H (2001) in the commercial city of Jeddah. From the start, Dr. Hamza was keen to attract the highly qualified experts, lawyers and consultants to form an integrated team who will be able to render services and legal consultations at a higher level. The company took it upon itself to work with professionalism and high competence in order to accomplish what was entrusted to.

Our company establishes all types of commercial companies and drafts their contracts, notarizes them, modifies the formulation through shareholders’ resolutions, prepares its internal systems & codes in details: particularly those related to labors and administration mechanism of voting when taking decisions

The Company provides integrated services for the foreign investor and the mixed companies (individuals & companies) and completes the required formalities such as: obtaining the required permits and licenses for foreign investors from the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority and the Ministry of Commerce and any other official bodies if required
